Dear Sir / Madam,
I had purchased a 4G mobile set (Model ABC 26) from your authorised dealer located in RV Nagar, Delhi through cash memo number 13592, dated 18th Dec 20XX.
During Mar 20XX, it developed many snags. It gets switched off automatically at an interval of about an hour. Some applications like Google Chrome and Calculator would get uninstalled every fifth day.
Your dealer had tried twice to repair the handset but could not do anything to solve the problem. I am finding it difficult to continue my online tutorials. I hope you can appreciate the problem being faced by me.
I request you to kindly replace the handset by 20th April 20XX. I have reserved my right of redressal of defective supply at consumer forum till 20th April 20XX.

I had placed an order for a jeans (item code J138, price INR 2675) on stores of your organisation through an online transaction number 123456 on Feb 19th, 20XX.
The ordered item was to be delivered to me within three working days. So far around 15 days have elapsed since placement of order. My pair of jeans has not yet been delivered to me. Mails written to the id mentioned on your web site has not been responded.
I request to kindly look into the details of the problem. I do expect that you will ensure delivery of my order within five working days. Else please refund the money.
In case my complaint is not resolved within aforesaid time period, I will have to take up the matter with other authorities.
