Subject: Irregular and inadequate water supply
I would like to draw your attention to irregular and inadequate water supply to the locality around Gopala Towers.
Normal timings of commencement of water supply at 07:30 AM are not adhered to. Timings are so erratic that residents keep checking water supply from morning to evening. Duration of water supply has been limited to twenty minutes only.
Thus there is shortage of water supply in our locality while other nearby colonies continue to get water at a fixed time for one hour duration. We are forced to buy water through private sellers.
I request you to pay your attention to the problem being faced by residents of our locality. An early resolution of problem will help us a lot.

Subject: Problem 265 litre frost free refrigerator
I had purchased a Godrej 265 litre frost free refrigerator from your shop on 11th April 20XX through cash memo number 2345.
The refrigerator was installed by your mechanic. Within one month the deep freezer section has stopped working. Articles kept in this section do not survive even for hours. Water does not get converted into ice.
During this summer season we are facing lot of difficulties due to poor performance of a new refrigerator. We are not able to store articles bought from market nor can we make ice-cream.
Since the refrigerator has a guarantee of two years, I request you to please replace this piece by a new good piece of same model. I am very hopeful that you will take this on priority.
