Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Lenovo laptop from authorised dealer located on MG Road, Nagpur on 17th Dec 20XX through cash memo 9876.

Within three days of purchase its screen started flickering a lot and exhibits colours of rainbow. Its battery drains out in about an hour.

Working on this laptop is a big strain on eyes. Quick drainage of battery has reduced its utility to a great extent. I had taken the laptop to your authorised dealer but they expressed their inability to help me.

I request you to kindly arrange replacement of above referred laptop with a new defect free piece. I expect redressal of my grievance within seven working days.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a 35” LCD TV (model PV 12 D) from authorised dealer located on GI Road on 11th Dec 20XX through cash memo 9876.

Within ten days of purchase its sound system started malfunctioning. The sound is mixed with a hoarse background sound. Sometimes the sound stops altogether and suddenly it will blow with full volume.

The melodious music channel sounds like a lesson of classical music. Sudden variation in intensity of volume is giving extra effects of a horror movie.

I had lodged a complaint with your authorised dealer but they expressed their inability to help me and directed me to write to you. I request you to kindly arrange replacement of above referred TV with a new defect free piece. I expect redressal of my grievance within seven working days.
