This has reference to your quotation dated 7^th April and your subsequent offer of 10% discount over price list of each item.

We hereby place a confirmed order for purchase of following laboratory equipment from your organisation –

Please note that as per our agreement a discount of 10% would be applicable on the price indicated above. Taxes as applicable shall be paid extra.

Please ensure that above equipment are delivered to our school within seven working days.

We have already paid an advance of Rs 2000/= to you. Remaining amount shall be paid to you through cheque within three working days from receipt of equipment in good condition.
